Chatbots and AI agents in Palma, by voice and by message

An assistant that understands what it is asked, in each person's own words, and answers with your business's information. In writing on your site or your WhatsApp, or out loud, answering the phone.

In short

  • Two channels, text and voice, and often both are worth having
  • It answers with your data, not with generalities from the internet
  • It filters: only the enquiries worth your time reach you
  • With clear limits and a hand-off to a person when it does not know

Where the work goes, and where it does not

The front line of enquiries is almost always the same ten questions: opening hours, prices, whether there is space, where you are, how to book. Answering them one by one costs hours a week and does not tell apart someone browsing from someone about to buy. A well-built assistant eats those ten questions and leaves you the eleventh, which is the one worth money.

What separates this from ordinary automation is language. A script answers when the question arrives exactly as anticipated; an AI agent understands both 'are you open at the weekend?' and 'saturday sunday hours'. That is why this is its own service and not part of automation.

And something I always say before starting: an assistant that invents answers does more damage than no assistant at all. It is built on your documentation, with explicit limits on what it may and may not answer, and a clear hand-off to a person the moment it leaves the script. I would rather have an assistant that says 'Lluís will confirm that for you' than one that improvises a price.

What can be built

Separately or combined; the normal path is one channel first, then widen.

Chatbot on your website
It answers on the page itself, collects the contact's details and drops them where you actually read them.
Assistant on WhatsApp
The channel people in the Balearics really use to write to you, covered at any hour.
Voice assistant
It answers the phone, understands the request, resolves what it can and passes the rest on with the details taken.
Bookings and appointments
It checks real availability and closes the appointment inside the conversation, with no forms.
Across your documents
It searches and summarises your manuals, price lists or procedures, for your team or your customers.
Lead qualification
It asks just enough to know whether the enquiry fits and sends it to your back office with the record filled in.

How we work

Starting from what you already answer a hundred times over.

    01

    Gather what you know

The real questions that reach you and the answers you already give. Half the assistant is in there.

    02

    Set the limits

What it answers, what it never answers, and when it hands over to a person. This is decided up front, not afterwards.

    03

    Build one channel

We start with whichever channel carries your volume, text or voice, and test it on real conversations.

    04

    Measure and widen

We look at what it resolves and what it escalates, fix what fails, and open the second channel if it pays.

Price and timeline

It depends on the channel and on how many systems it has to talk to: a chatbot answering from your documentation is a short project; a voice assistant that also checks availability and books appointments is a different size. A fixed quote once I have seen your case.

There is one cost that is not mine and you should know about it from the start: the AI model's usage and, for voice, the telephony. These are cents per conversation, contracted in your name, and I show you where to watch them so there are no surprises at the end of the month.

Questions about this service

Will it make things up?

That is the real risk, which is why it is built with the brakes on: it answers from your documentation, it is forbidden from inventing prices and terms, and when it does not know it says so and hands over. A cautious assistant converts better than one that improvises.

Does the voice one sound robotic?

Not any more, and it handles interruptions too. What still costs it is strong accents and noisy places, so the hand-off to a person is not optional: it is part of the design.

Can it work in Catalan, Spanish and English?

Yes, and it is one of the things that pays off most in the Balearics: it switches language within the same conversation, following whichever one it is addressed in.
