Tell me your problem. I'll propose a solution.

What to tell me in your first message

You do not need to have it all worked out. With this I can already say something useful in my first reply instead of asking you for four more emails.

• ▸What you do and what problem you want to solve
• ▸What you use for it today: a product, a spreadsheet, or nothing
• ▸When you would like to have it
• ▸A rough idea of budget, if you have one
